I've been a big fan of hair straighteners for some time. I have coarse, black curly hair and over the years I have tried everything. The flat iron I currently use is a Sedu which I bought because of rave reviews and the price. The Solia hair straightener is another additional to a multi million dollar hair care industry. It will cost you between $80-$100 and for that you are getting good value for money. The following is a more detailed description.

Solia hair straightener or to give it its full name "Solia
Tourmaline Ceramic Ion Flat Iron " shown in the picture opposite
comes in at least 4 different models. Each model has a different width
plate, so the wider the plate the more expensive it will be.
Like a lot of the flat irons on the market today they are made from ceramic and a special gem stone called Tourmaline. The real benefits of Tourmaline can be seen in this picture where you can see how a regular iron can damage the hair.
