Can Sedu flat irons damage my hair?
The simple answer to this is NO. Over the years there has been a great
leap forward in the materials that are used to construct the hair iron
plates. Years ago, and even today on some of the cheaper hair straightener
models, metal was used and although initially it looked metal gave good
results it was not very healthy for the hair when looked at up close.
However, top brands like Sedu
flat irons make their plates from ceramic tourmaline which is an exceptionally
smooth material that gives great results.
Note that even though some people still call them "flat iron"
this does not mean the plates are made from iron. It's just the generic
name for the device is still being used by the maunfacturers.

The above picture shows you the damage that a flat iron
which doesn't use ceramic tourmaline can do to your hair. Using one of
these flat irons is like running your hair through very fine sandpaper
and this causes microscopic damage. So even though your hair looks great,
over time it will get badly damaged. These irons are best suited to occassional
use and certainly not to be used on fine or un-healthy hair.
Using Sedu
ceramic tourmaline ionic straighteners mean that you get even heat
distribution across the whole of the plate which results in much more
consistent results. The Ionic technology breaks down the size of the water
molecules on the hairs surface making them smaller and easier for the
hair to absorb. This can actually improve the condition of you hair too.
The Sedu also provides adjustable temperature to suit different hair types
and the ceramic tourmaline plates can change temperature very quickly
which is another reason they are highly sought after.
So, in conclusion can Sedu flat irons damage my hair? I
think the evidence speaks for itself. Sedu use the best and latest materials
available and 1000's of women around the USA can't be wrong.
